With a background in writing, marketing, and bringing women together, Vanessa has found a sweet spot as the owner of El Paso Mom. Vanessa is married to her high school sweetheart, Nate, and they have three kids (Micah, Corban, & Evangeline). When she is not chauffeuring children about town, Vanessa works as the part-owner of an advertising agency, enjoys volunteering at church, loves watching college football, and drinks a little too much coffee. She is passionate about connecting women with each other, loving her people, and finding the good in her place.

Brittany Espinoza

Sales Director

Brittany has a passion for creating a thriving community while supporting local businesses. She is married to her husband, Jason, and has three wonderfully wild children and a cute mutt named Tino. She and her family enjoy hiking, watching the wildlife at their rural home, and hanging out at the Little League fields. In addition to being the sales director for El Paso Mom, Brittany also owns a government affairs and management consulting firm.

Bekah Croft

Bekah Croft has always been an adventurer at heart. She loves taking in the sights of new places all over the world, but loves home most of all. Bekah is loving life with her childhood sweetheart and their two beautiful (and outdoorsy) children. Favorites for the family include checking out new food trucks, visiting the zoo, and taking walks. Bekah is always on the hunt for something new and exciting to do with her fam; she’s picked up so many unique hobbies along the way including her handcrafted cosmetics line, photography, and egg-free baking. She's a vegetarian mama who loves living on the urban farm her husband has created.

Adriana Salas de Santiago

Adriana is a proud Mexican-American, born and raised in El Paso, Texas. Formerly, she worked as a Public Affairs Specialist at White Sands Missile Range for 10 years. During the pandemic, she had to venture into unknown territory as a stay-at-home mom for her four children, each one year apart. Adriana and her husband Adrian have been happily married for nine years. Last year they decided to open a woodworking business out of their home that has allowed them to meet several talented local small business owners. They love El Paso's sense of community, unique culture, and the hidden gems they still find during their outings around town. Adriana loves her family, writing, crafting, baking, hiking, volunteering, and sewing, in that order. Her greatest goal as a parent is to raise fulfilled, mindful, and compassionate children.

Alex Sattelmeier

Alexandria (or Alex) Sattelmeier is a 30-something stay-at-home Mom who thrives off of quality time with her loved ones and dance parties. She was born and raised in the Sun City. She's been married to her best friend and husband Caleb since 2012. They have two living children born in 2017 and 2019. Their road to parenthood was not an easy one (loss, failed adoption, and infertility), but boy was it worth it! Their loss led to Alex's candle business May Flowers Candle Co. When she's not wiping boogers or pouring candles, Alex enjoys gardening, reading (The Lord of the Rings is her favorite book series), or walking around her neighborhood.

Ana L. Diaz

Ana Diaz was born in Salt Lake City, Utah but was raised in Ciudad Juarez; Chihuahua, Mexico; and El Paso, TX. As the daughter of a single Mexican mother, Ana Diaz is a first-generation college graduate who completed her education at The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) with a degree in sociology. She’s the mother of 2 beautiful children, a son born in 2011 and a daughter born in 2020. Ana is also a wife to a local real estate agent. She is a PTA member at her local school and school district and a full-time employee at UTEP.

Berenice Magana

Berenice is a SAHM / business owner who's been married since 2009. She's the parent of 3 littles all born within a 3-year span. She loves spreading the mama love. Motherhood is a hard journey so she's dedicated herself and her business, My Beloved Mama, to bringing awareness to all of our mama struggles. When she's not busy keeping up with 3 littles, she enjoys cooking big dinner meals for her family on the weekends and finding new adventures with her kids with an iced coffee in my hand.

Brenda Medina

Brenda Medina is the morning anchor at KTSM 9 news and is glad to be back in the beautiful Borderland! Born and raised in El Paso, Brenda is a proud graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP). She is a busy mom to three little ones. In her spare time, you may see her out and about at local events, the parks, or trying new restaurants. Foodies at heart, Brenda and her husband love checking out the newest restaurants across town. So, if you have any suggestions send those her way! A few fun facts many people don’t know about her: She is Panamanian and Mexican, cheers on the Dallas Cowboys and Houston Astros, and enjoys a great spinning class or run outdoors. If you see her out and about or on her social media platforms, say hi. She loves making friends and meeting new people!

Carla Arzate

Lover of all things Disney, Carla is a dedicated wife and mother born and raised in El Paso, TX. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Southwest University and is also a Disney College Program alumni. She is a passionate individual who runs a small business called EP Creations Co., an El Paso-based arts and crafts shop inspired by her daughter Gracie and husband Andrew. Her hobbies include ghost tours, Harry Potter movie marathons, and iced coffee dates. She hopes to bring El Paso mamas together by assisting them through her words and experiences.

Carrie Ring

Carrie Ring has a twenty-two-year career background in marketing, advertising, graphic design, and event management. She is a Certified Festival Event Executive from the International Festival & Events Association and is a passionate and dedicated marketing consultant, mindset coach, event coordinator, and graphic designer. She is fascinated and inspired by the world of color, typography, photography, print design, and the impact those elements combined have on communication. Her hobbies include cooking, baking, and charcuterie board building, as she loves to entertain her friends and family. Her family consists of three amazing children born in 2006, 2008, and 2010, her wonderful husband, and two adorable boxers.

Cindy Mancha

Cindy is an El Paso native raised in the Lower Valley. She is a graduate from Riverside High School and UTEP. She married her best friend from high school and has a spunky son (born in 2020) and is a nurse who has worked in the hospital setting for 7 years. After experiencing a home birth, she realized her true passion was in birth work and is now a birth doula (labor coach). She is passionate about respecting and advocating for women during their birth journeys as well as building community for these moms. She loves her family and is blessed to be able to live next door to her parents. She loves El Paso and cannot wait to help bring mothers in our community together.

Ericka Stoltzfus

An avid runner and lover of all things data, Ericka is a God-fearing mama to two beautiful souls: Olivia (2015) and Daniel (2019). Along with her husband Ryan, she navigates the intricacies of feeding picky eaters as well as raising a biracial, binational, and bilingual family. Ericka’s greatest purpose is to teach her kids to love God and to embrace their bicultural background. Ericka works part-time as a data guru, she loves music, and she may or may not enjoy a cold brewski over an episode of Housewives every now and then. She always dances like no one is watching and, although she cannot wink, she can quote and make obscure "Friends" references like no other.

Jordan Carreon

Jordan is a mom of two kids, wife of 2 years, and El Paso resident since 2014. She grew up in Austin, TX but has planted her roots in El Paso. She is currently a high school English teacher, a job that has changed her life. It has been very important to her to introduce her children to well-rounded and diverse people ,and El Paso has the best environment doing so. My biggest goal in life is to help others in any way that I can. While she pursues her counseling license, she serves as a CASA volunteer for foster children and is on the lookout for ways to help new moms in need. She loves to read, write, run. and shop!

Kandolite Carson

Kandolite (yes, that is her real name) is a proud El Pasoan, fire wife, boy mom, auntie, and bonus tia! She has been married to her husband, Lt. Chris Carson, for over 5 years and together they have a son, Kayden, and two rescue dogs. She graduated from UTEP with a B.A. in Communications, and her natural curiosity of meeting people and sharing stories led her to a career path in journalism. She worked for a local news station as a reporter collectively for five years then followed her passion for philanthropy and advocacy for animals, children, and education. In 2018, she was promoted to full-time director of development for Kayden. Becoming a stay-at-home mom has been one of her greatest roles, and this new position has allowed her to explore her hometown and connect with women in a unique way. She loves sharing coffee, venting, and learning from others. In this hood, you can sit with her, and she’ll always have extra jokes, wipes, snacks, or toys to share!

Kathleen Benke

Kathleen is a Canadian girl, born in Montreal and raised in Vancouver. She met her husband in 2013 and after five years of long distance, she made the crazy decision to move to Mexico where he was playing professional soccer at the time. Their son Eduardo was born in 2019, and to make life even more exciting, Elena was born just 15 months later. Having two under two is complete chaos, but there is never a dull moment in their house. When Kathleen is not busy being a referee for her kids, you can find her at femme fit classes, frolicking in the aisles of Target, or creating hidden veggie recipes to balance all the nuggets her kids eat.

Kristal Sapien

Kristal Sapien is a local author and mommy. Check out her book here. Her goal in writing is to encourage and empower others by reminding them that they are not alone. She and her daughter love books and helping out the local community. They lived in Kentucky for a short time and often spend time in Florida, but El Paso will always be home. She's excited to be a part of the El Paso Mom team and can’t wait to share more with you.

Silvia Montoya

Silvia Montoya converted the sophisticated marketing and traveling world into a SAHM new adventure. She now also manages a family business from home. Silvia was born in Chihuahua, Mexico and lived in Juarez almost her whole life. She is new to El Paso. In 2015, she married Ever Saenz, and they have 2 little girls Emma (2018) and Emilia (2021). Her passions are traveling, event planning, and spending time with family and friends. When possible, she practices yoga and barre. Her hope is that in joining El Paso Mom, she can highlight the bicultural city we live in.

Vickie Enriquez

Victoria Enriquez, known to her family and friends as Vickie, was born and raised in El Paso and spent some time away after grad school launching her career in engineering. By day she is an Environmental, Health, and Safety Engineer, and by night mama to Emiliano, Emi for short. She has been married to her husband Roger since July of 2015. She is a coach’s wife and loves every second of their sports-filled, busy lives! In the fall, you can find her and Emi in the football stands, and in the spring, you’ll find them on the baseball diamond cheering on their #1 guy. In 2018 she became a mom to a perfect rainbow baby, Emiliano. He is a true miracle in her and her husband’s life, and he is the center of their world. Her husband and son are the greatest joys. Vickie spends her free time volunteering with the Junior League of El Paso giving back to her community. She wants her son to grow up in a life of service and giving back, teaching him kindness and compassion.
